RCC framed super structure with red brick masonry.
Painting:
Internal walls with putty finishing and plastic
emulsion paint; external walls with Sandex matt or
equivalent paint.
Flooring:
Vitrified tiles in rooms and ceramic tiles in
toilets.
Toilets:
Anti-skid ceramic floor tiles and glazed tiles on
walls. Modern sanitary ware; premium quality mixer for
shower, taps and fittings; Provision for geyser and
exhaust fan.
Kitchenette:
Polished black granite worktop and stainless steel drain
board with bowl. Glazed tile dadoing done up to 40 cms
height over worktop, provision for Aqua guard,
dishwasher and washing machine.
Doors and Windows:
Front door in decorative cheruthekku, others in semi
solid ply wood flush door, hard wood windows with ms

Terms & Conditions:
- Once allotted and agreement signed, the prices
are firm.
- All payments by Demand Draft or local Cheque
favouring ' DIVINE REAL ESTATE AND DEVELOPERS PVT.

- All measurements, area layout, elevation and
specifications shown in the brochure are subject to
minor variations without specific or general notice.
The measurements shown in the floor plan include the
plastering thickness.
- Possession shall be given to the customer only
after settling all the dues to the company.
- Statutory payments, Govt. charges like building
tax and service tax to be paid by the buyer. Also
applicable are deposits for power, water, House
owners Association dues, construction workers
welfare fund and relevant deposits.
- Divine Developers is a time bound project.
Incase payments are not made as per agreement signed
The builder reserves the right to cancel the
allotment, in which case any previous payment made
will be returned without any interest, only after
the re-allotment to another customer and subject to
the deduction of expenses and damages.
- All transactions are subject to Ernakulam
jurisdiction only.
Payment Schedule
- On booking 100000.00
- On execution of agreement 30% of total cost(less
booking amount)
- On completion of foundation – 15% of total cost
- On completion of 1st floor slab – 15% of total
cost
- On completion of 2nd floor slab – 20% of total
cost
- On completion of plastering – 18% of total cost
- On handing over – 2% + other expenses
